GLP Signs 300,000 SQM of Integrated Facilities Management Agreements with Mercedes-Benz

GLP ASP will provide Integrated Facilities Management (“IFM”) services for Mercedes‑Benz Group’s national supply chain centres in China, covering 300,000 sqm of logistics and supply chain facilities across both GLP and non-GLP parks.
Singapore and Shanghai, 9 April 2026 – GLP’s Asset Services Platform (“GLP ASP”), GLP’s technology-driven operations services platform, has entered into a new Integrated Facilities Management (“IFM”) agreement with Mercedes‑Benz Group (“Mercedes-Benz”) to support the company’s supply chain facilities across China.
Under the agreement, GLP ASP will provide IFM services for Mercedes‑Benz’s national supply chain centres in multiple locations including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Chengdu and Guangzhou. The portfolio covers over 300,000 square metres of logistics and supply chain facilities across both GLP and non-GLP parks, supporting the stable and efficient operation of Mercedes‑Benz’s parts distribution and logistics network. The scope of services includes full‑lifecycle facilities and asset management, support for automated logistics equipment, Environment, Health and Safety (“EHS”) management, energy optimisation, sustainability initiatives and emergency response mechanisms, designed to meet the stringent operational requirements of an automotive supply chain

Its services are designed to be standardised yet flexible, enabling customised solutions for clients with complex, multi‑site operations such as automotive supply chains.
GLP ASP delivers its services through three integrated components:
Property Management – Providing services to GLP parks and third-party landlords, including security, cleaning, facility and equipment maintenance and regular inspections.
Facility Management – Providing services to customers in GLP parks and third-party parks, including logistics equipment, engineering and construction, and integrated facilities management services.
Asset Management – Providing services to third-party landlords, including management consulting, leasing, and smart and zero-carbon park solutions, helping non-GLP landlords preserve and enhance asset value.
As at 31 December 2025, GLP ASP serves over 3,000 clients with more than 480 employees, managing over 40 million square metres across more than 80 cities and 450 industrial parks, of which 80% are GLP‑managed, with the remainder being third party assets.
